The School of Human Services brings together programs focused on child and youth development, counselling, community support and social justice. Through applied learning, field placements and community partnerships, you’ll develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional confidence to support individuals, families and communities across every stage of life.

Develop interviewing, assessment, communication and intervention skills through simulations and case studies then apply your learning through supervised field placements in professional settings.

Human services education extends beyond the classroom. Throughout your program, you’ll develop practical skills through field placements, simulated learning, community engagement and applied projects that help prepare you for professional practice.
